You are not a fighter. The method does not care.
A private programme for people who are not professional athletes, run on the same system I use in world title camps, because physiology does not know what you do for a living.
Most of my work is with fighters and tour athletes. A small number of places each year go to people who are not competing at all: founders, executives, people who travel constantly and eat where the schedule puts them.
They do not come to me because they cannot find a nutritionist. They come because they have already tried several, been promised a number and a date, and watched the weight return the moment the plan ended.
What makes this different
The same system, not a lighter version of it
Weight management, food through a working week, supplement safety, run as one method. It was built where a mistake costs a title, and it is not simplified because you are not fighting. The arithmetic is identical. Only the deadline changes.
I will tell you when something will not work
If a target and a timeline do not fit together, I say so before we start, not after you have paid for 3 months. This is the part most people are not sold, and it is the reason the ones who stay, stay.
Built for a life that moves
Hotels, airports, dinners you cannot decline, weeks where training disappears. I spend half the year in camps and on tour, eating in exactly those places. The plan is written for that, not for a kitchen you are never in.
What is included
- An individual nutrition plan built from your data, your schedule and what you will actually eat, rebuilt as your weight, travel and training change.
- Bloodwork reviewed where it is relevant to how the plan is written.
- Body composition measured weekly, fat and muscle read separately, with the adjustment made before the drift becomes a problem. The scale alone will not tell you which one you are losing.
- Direct messaging with me, seven days a week: the restaurant menu, the airport, the question at 9pm.
- Regular calls to review where you are and what changes next.
- Supplements chosen and verified — certification and batch checked before anything is recommended.
- Travel plans written for specific trips when you need them.
- Shopping lists, so the plan survives contact with a supermarket.
- Written reports on where the numbers went and what it means.
If you are on a weight-loss injection
Semaglutide, tirzepatide, whatever else you are on. Some of these act on GLP-1 receptors, some on GLP-1 and GIP together. What they have in common is the part that concerns me: intake drops fast, and the body does not give up fat alone.
The drug handles the weight. I do not touch it. I do not prescribe it, change the dose, or tell you when to come off. Those decisions sit with a doctor.
My work is everything the drug does not do.
Fast weight loss takes muscle along with the fat unless somebody is watching. Appetite suppression makes protein targets genuinely hard to reach, because you are not hungry and food stops being interesting. And when total intake halves, everything inside it halves too. Iron. Calcium. The rest of a list nobody thinks about until the stairs start feeling longer than they should.
The scale shows none of this. It shows one number going down and calls that success.
The programme above is the same programme. The plan is built around a suppressed appetite instead of fighting it, and the weekly body composition reading is what tells us whether this is working or only looking like it.
Competing in a tested sport changes all of this, because the rules are different and so are the consequences. That work is here.
What I will not promise
A number by a date. Anyone who gives you one before seeing your data is selling you something, and you have probably bought it before.
What I will tell you, once I have your information, is what is realistic and how long it takes. If that answer is not what you wanted, you will still get it.
I keep a limited number of private places alongside my work with athletes and teams. When they are full, they are full. I would rather say no than run a programme I cannot give attention to.
How it starts
You write to me with where you are now, what you want, and what your months actually look like. If I think the programme fits, I tell you the price and the terms and we start. If I do not, I say so and tell you why.
