Refunds and cancellations

Short version: if I have not started, you get your money back. If I have, you do not. And if I turn the work down, you are refunded in full whatever the reason.

Before you pay

• Dates. You confirm that the date you gave me is correct and that there is enough time before it. If you are not sure, ask first and I will tell you.
• What you are buying. A written plan for one athlete, delivered by email. Not day-to-day coaching, and not a medical service.
• The weight. The plan is built inside the rules of your federation. If the class you want is not safely reachable, I will say so and build the plan around the one that is.
• Under 18. Work for an athlete under 18 runs through a parent, with the coach informed, and contains no weight-loss targets.
• Refunds. Full refund until I confirm by email that I am starting. After that the fee is not refundable.

Consultations

A consultation is a booked hour of my time.

• More than 24 hours before the start — cancel and receive a full refund, or move the call to another time at no cost.
• Within 24 hours of the start — the fee is not refundable. The hour was held for you and cannot be filled at that notice.
• If I have to cancel — you choose: a new time, or a full refund.

Written work

This covers the supplement and contract check, fight weight cut plans, full camp nutrition plans and team supplement audits.

• Before work begins — full refund, no explanation needed.
• Once work has begun — the fee is not refundable. By that point your data has been reviewed and the work is being produced.

If I turn the work down

I decline work on unsafe timelines, and I decline work outside what I actually do. If that happens after you have paid, you receive a full refund immediately, and I will tell you plainly why.

What is not covered

I am paid for the plan and the judgement behind it, not for an outcome. Making weight, winning, and passing a test all depend on decisions taken outside my hands, including whether the plan is followed. A result you did not want is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds are also not available where the information you gave me was incomplete or inaccurate and the work was produced on that basis.

Guides bought on Gumroad

The written guides are sold through Gumroad, which handles those transactions and their own refund terms. If you bought a guide and want a refund, request it through Gumroad rather than here.

How to ask

Email fokaoleksandr@gmail.com with the service and the date you paid. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear is set by your bank rather than by me, and it is usually several working days.
