The Clean Sport File
Strict liability decides whether there was a violation. Your paperwork decides what it costs you. Nine forms, printed and written on by hand.
What is inside
- Why the file decides the case, and what changes on 1 January 2027
- The supplement log: one row per lot, with certification status at purchase
- The medication log, kept separately, with the Global DRO check date
- The purchase and batch register: what you can still produce to a laboratory
- The bout anti-doping brief: which programmes, from what date, who pays
- The declaration prep sheet, prepared before you are ever called
- The travel record, because contaminated food has no batch code
- The 72-hour timeline if a finding arrives, and what not to do
- The January reset, and two letters to send, to your manager and your doctor
You buy it once, you download the PDF, it is yours. No email course, no coaching call attached, no upsell. Refund terms.
Who it is for
- A tested athlete who wants paperwork that survives a finding rather than advice about avoiding one.
- A manager or coach who keeps records for an athlete under a testing programme.
- Anyone who buys supplements and cannot currently produce a batch number from six months ago.
Who it is not for
- An athlete who has already received a notification. That is a matter for a lawyer, not for a set of forms.
- Anyone looking for a way to explain a positive test after the fact.
- A competitor in an untested amateur event with no anti-doping programme at all.
Before you buy
Two complete documents are free to read on the samples page, and the reasoning behind this guide is on the site at no cost. If the free pages answer your question, you do not need it.
Common questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a record-keeping system. If a case starts, you need a lawyer, and the file is what your lawyer will ask for.
Do I print it or fill it in on a screen?
It is built to be printed and written on by hand, which is what survives as a contemporaneous record.
Does it cover the 2027 Code changes?
Yes, the parts that change for athletes are marked.
Will it stop me failing a test?
No. It changes what a finding costs you, because strict liability decides whether there was a violation and the paperwork decides the sanction.
Is it sport specific?
No. It applies anywhere the WADA Code does.

The guide is the protocol. These articles are the reasoning behind it, and they cost nothing.
- Anti-Doping for Fighters: Complete Guide. Strict liability, prohibited methods, the 100 ml IV rule, substances of abuse, exemptions, and the admin that actually protects you.
- Can a Supplement Fail You a Drug Test?. How contaminated supplements cause failed tests, which categories carry most risk, and what certification does not prove.
- Called for a Doping Test: What Happens. The doping control procedure step by step: notification, the kit, the 90 ml minimum, and the part of the form where fighters lose.
- What Happens After a Positive Drug Test. From the letter to the decision: provisional suspension, the B sample, the charge, the hearing, sanction lengths, and the appeal that pauses nothing.
- Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE): How to Apply. A TUE lets an athlete use a prohibited substance for a diagnosed condition. The four criteria, the 30-day rule, and where applications fail.
- Whereabouts and ADAMS: The 60-Minute Slot. When a doping officer may actually turn up, what your 60-minute slot really means, and how three filing errors become a ban.
The guides are the system in general. If you want the numbers run for your weight, your date and your weigh-in format, that is a written plan, which is a different product from a guide.
