Fight Camp Nutrition Blueprint
The whole camp. A camp is a performance programme that contains a weight cut, and treating it as a diet that happens to contain training is how fighters arrive at fight night already empty.
What is inside
- Your numbers: calories, macros and your weight window
- Three phases: base camp at 8–5 weeks, active camp at 4–2 weeks, final week at 7–1 days
- Hard day, moderate day and rest day built separately
- Pre- and post-training meals
- Hydration through camp
- Travel and away camp, where most plans fall apart
- Sample meal plans by weight class
- What stays out of camp
- Quick reference tables and checklists
You buy it once, you download the PDF, it is yours. No email course, no coaching call attached, no upsell. Refund terms.
Who it is for
- A fighter with 8 weeks or more who wants the whole camp planned, not just the last week.
- Anyone training twice a day who keeps arriving at fight week already empty.
- A fighter who travels to camp and loses the plan when the kitchen changes.
Who it is not for
- Someone who needs the cut alone. That is the Weight Cut Protocol.
- An athlete under 18.
- Anyone looking for a general fat-loss diet.
Before you buy
Two complete documents are free to read on the samples page, and the reasoning behind this guide is on the site at no cost. If the free pages answer your question, you do not need it.
Common questions
Does it tell me my calories?
It shows how to work out your own numbers: calories, macros and the weight window to hold through camp.
Does it include meal plans?
Yes, samples by weight class, with hard days, moderate days and rest days built separately.
What if my camp is shorter than 8 weeks?
The three phases are dated from the fight, so a shorter camp starts later in the sequence.
Does it cover away camps?
Yes. That is where most plans fall apart, and it has its own section.
Is the cut in here too?
Only as the frame. The cut itself is the Weight Cut Protocol, and the two were written to be read together.

The guide is the protocol. These articles are the reasoning behind it, and they cost nothing.
- Fight Camp Nutrition: The Complete Guide. How to fuel 8 weeks of 2 sessions a day: the three phases, hard days against rest days, meals around training, travel.
- How Many Calories Does a Fighter Need?. Calories alone cannot answer it. Energy availability predicts whether a camp works, and most combat athletes are below it.
- Hard Days and Rest Days in a Fight Camp. Eating the same on a sparring day and a rest day underfuels the work and overfeeds the recovery. How to move food with load.
- Boxing Diet Plan: What a Real Camp Day Looks Like. Boxing diet plans for a hard day, a light day and a rest day, with times and portions. Plus what changes if you box for fitness rather than a fight.
- What to Weigh Between Fights: 12 to 15%. There is a published figure for what a fighter should weigh between camps. That phase decides how the next camp goes.
- Sparring Day: The Session to Never Underfuel. A 0.8% loss of body mass changed concussion-like symptoms and balance in a trial. Sparring is where that gets paid for.
This is one of the four core protocols. Bought together as the Complete Fight Camp System they cost $119; separately the four come to $146.
The guides are the system in general. If you want the numbers run for your weight, your date and your weigh-in format, that is a written plan, which is a different product from a guide.
